Perl script for moving photos in/out of Flickr views groups

Because it's such a bother to do that manually.

Pidgin plugin that copies to the clipboard each IM that you send

I use this plugin in conjunction with a clipboard manager utility. It's a crude way to have a history recall of sent IMs.
